City of Preston Shut Down by Storms
Severe weather conditions in Preston in 2007 led to the complete closure of Fishergate, Chapel Street, Lune Street,Corporation Street and other roads, as storm damage to buildings rendered the city centre unsafe. A1TM carried out a major incident support role and maintained the closures around the clock for nearly a week. Another difficult job well done.
