Design and Planning Services
Our traffic scheme designers use the latest state of the art CAD Software in conjunction with the top of the range packages enabling us to produce drawings that are both detailed and easy to understand. Hard copies of plans can be produced in sizes A4 to A0. These drawings include existing road markings and carriageway widths to fully understand the impact of traffic management on the highway network. This information is taken from the Ordnance Survey mapping and ranges from the latest master mapping data through to land line data.
Swept Path Software
Using AutoTURN, an advanced vehicle swept path and turn simulation software programme, we are able to produce and determine vehicle turning manoeuvres. This has been used to prove junction capabilities for oversized vehicles in new housing developments.
Lining Software
It is our commitment to provide you with industry-leading drawings and we use the latest road marking software to produce drawings of carriageway markings. Local Authorities find this an invaluable tool for asset management and it is highly useful prior to resurfacing as no engineer need survey the site to reference markings on the side of the road. This saves time and money for the authority.
